Work in progress

This feature is still being developed. The figures shown here are indicative only — they should not yet be relied on as final or used directly for purchasing decisions.

Treat it as a work-in-progress preview to get a feel for the direction, not as a source of truth.

Settings

Annual budget (DKK) Confirm Status — weeks ahead No approval needed below (DKK) POs at or below this value skip approval and convert to orders automatically. Undo window before convert (min) Minutes an approved (or auto-approved) quote waits before it may convert to a PO, so a mis-click can be unapproved in time. Default 5. Set 0 to convert immediately. Keep approved in Pending (days) How many days an approved/converted PO stays visible in the Pending overview before it drops off. Default 10. Top sellers count How many top-selling SKUs count as "top sellers" — drives the ★ highlight on Pending quotes/POs. E.g. 30 = the top 30. USD → DKK rate (bestseller) Used to convert US (Frama Inc) sales value into DKK when combining regions in the Bestseller tab. Slack webhook — new pending Slack Incoming Webhook for the channel that should be pinged when a new PO needs approval. Leave blank to turn off. Slack webhook — approved Slack Incoming Webhook for the channel pinged when a PO is approved & converted (includes the PO number). Auto-approved POs go here too. Leave blank to turn off. Slack webhook — confirm status Slack Incoming Webhook for the channel reminded when a shipment enters the confirm-status week (this week + lead weeks) and needs following up with the supplier. Each shipment pings once. Leave blank to turn off.

Default cover period (months) Target cover used when a SKU has no cover period in the master sheet. Top-seller cover (months) The top-selling SKUs (top N) get AT LEAST this many months of cover — never less than their master-sheet value. Set 0 to turn off. Over-target factor In "Create quote", new cover at or above target × this shows amber (ordering well beyond target). E.g. 1.5. US sea-freight lead (weeks) DK→US (ALPI NJ) ocean transit. Used alone when DK has stock to ship; added on top of the supplier lead time when DK must produce first. Forecast cost ratio (fallback) When a SKU has no purchase cost from BC, forecast spend uses this fraction of its unit sales price (e.g. 0.45 = cost is 45% of sales). Location code — DK Receiving warehouse set on purchase quotes created from Replenishment. Unit prices come from BC automatically.

Sales trend arrow — thresholds

Mild (%) Strong (%)

→Straight upgrowth ≥ strong %

→Half upgrowth between mild % and strong %

→Neutralwithin ± mild %

→Half downdecline between mild % and strong %

→Straight downdecline ≥ strong %

Compares the last 3 months of sales with the prior 3. Green = up, red = down. E.g. mild 10, strong 25.

Accounts excluded from bestsellers

Customer numbers whose sales are left OUT of bestseller totals — e.g. the Frama Inc intercompany account (830661954), to avoid double-counting with US sales.

Active collections

Unchecked collections won't appear in History's filter.

Strategic SKUs (Commercial Strategic Focus) These SKUs get a blue "Strategic" tag in Replenishment — a reminder to align with the commercial team before ordering. Often the same as top sellers, but can differ.

SKU supersessions (merge demand)

Roll a retired SKU's sales history and future demand into its replacement. The retired SKU stops ordering for itself and shows as "merged into"; stock stays separate. Add one row per retired SKU — several retired SKUs can point to the same replacement (3 → 1 is just three rows with the same replacement).

Populated from the INTERNAL Master Sheet — lead time (weeks), cover period (months), safety stock (units), MOQ and supplier. Stock & sales stay live from BC.
